Complex Home is a residential platform that treats the house as a system — of envelope, energy, water, air and identity.
Our long-term goal is an international building system that offers rapid delivery, high technical quality and sustainable operation at the same time. Complex Home is not a single house type but a continuously evolving platform, capable of adapting to different countries, climates and user needs.

Modular timber-frame system
— 01Prefabricated elements that are easy to transport and assemble, drastically reducing on-site construction time while ensuring high technical quality. Houses can be extended or reconfigured later, adapting to the changing needs of families.
Energy efficiency from the ground up
— 02Advanced insulation, airtight structures, heat-recovery ventilation and integrated renewable sources are part of the system from the first design decisions. The goal is not only low energy use but predictable long-term operating costs.
Prepared for climate change
— 03Rainwater harvesting, careful stormwater management and adaptation to drier climatic conditions are built into the design process. Homes are not only energy-conscious but also ready for the water challenges of the future.

Interested in collaborating?
Complex Home is developed in close connection with the other Resource projects. The experience gained through Remonastère helps to reinterpret natural building materials and traditional construction principles, while the Resource App supports design, energy calculations and the tracking of the entire life cycle of the building. The different projects continuously strengthen and refine each other.
